The WELLthy Coaching Re-Inventing You! program was a great way to finish out the year. In a small group setting, we learned about clarifying our values, moving through thought blocks that keep us from what we want, and how to set goals that are realistic and achievable. The program was led by certified coaching professionals and they really know how to make you think deeper. In breakout rooms we had the opportunity to talk through our thought processes regarding the current topic with other attendees and a professional coach. This was a quick 3 week journey but it really made a difference and I am ready to start the new year with a fresh mindset and new goals!
