Coach Maggie P is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) specializing in women in midlife. As a  menopause specialist coach, Coach Maggie P supports women navigate the complex and often challenging journey of peri-menopause to post-menopause with grace and confidence. She is dedicated to improving the overall well-being of women during this transformative phase of life by addressing their unique health needs and concerns.

Maggie P believes that when women feel empowered and supported, they can embrace menopause as a positive transition. As a menopause specialist, Maggie P focuses on the 4 pillars of health coaching: nutrition, physical movement, stress management, and sleep hygiene.  Sessions can focus on any client needs including hormone health, mindfulness techniques, WELLness visions, SMART goals, ect. and by combining these modalities, create customized plans for each client based on their specific symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

Coach Maggie P supports her clients in making positive changes in their habits, behaviors, and mindsets, while providing accountability, encouragement, and expert feedback. Maggie’s coaching style is compassionate, empowering, and holistic.
